3 CCST members in DC for 100th anniversary of CCUSA

Jarteau Israel, Joe Kerrigan and Ernie Revoir are in Washington, DC this weekend to represent the Diocese of Metuchen and our local Catholic Charities for the 100th Anniversary of  Catholic Charities USA.  CCDOM Executive Director Marianne Majewski leads the Metuchen quartet. More than 1000 Catholic Charities reps are expected to converge on the capital this week.
On Sept. 25, there is a Mass at the Basilica Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Talks, workshops and legislative advocacy highlight the formal agenda, which concludes Tuesday.
Locally, Sacred Heart Church in New Brunswick will honor the Centennial and New Brunswick CCDOM staffers at Mass Oct.3 at 11:45am.  At the liturgy, there will be a remembrance of our partners in Santa Rosa, Guatemala, who mourn the deaths of three staffers in 2010.
